Pickle Mustard & Egg Stir-fry
Ingredients

1 package(350g) of pickled mustard sour, rinsed and drained

1 egg
-
1 cup of water
-
3 tbsp sugar
-
2 tsp soy sauce
-
1/2 garlic glove, crushed

1 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
-
Chop pickled mustard in to strips. Set aside.

Place the oil in a frying pan over high heat then add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add chopped pickled mustards then stir-fry.

Add a cup of water reduce the heat to low stir-fry for 10 minutes or water is vaporized.

Add an egg, seasonings then stir until mixed with pickled mustards. Done!
