Pickle Mustard & Egg Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 1 package(350g) of  pickled mustard sour, rinsed and drained

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup of water

  • 3 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tsp soy sauce

  • 1/2 garlic glove, crushed

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

 

Directions

 

  1. Chop pickled mustard in to strips. Set aside.

  2. Place the oil in a frying pan over high heat then add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

  3. Add chopped pickled mustards then stir-fry.

  4. Add a cup of water reduce the heat to low stir-fry for 10 minutes or water is vaporized.

  5. Add an egg, seasonings then stir until mixed with pickled mustards. Done!
