Chicken With Bamboo Shoots and Chili
Ingredients

1 package(250g) of bamboo shoot stripped

1/2 cup chicken
-
2 chili peppers, seeded and cut into strips
-
1 crushed garlic clove
-
5 crushed guinea-peppers
-
1/2 stem sweet basil
-
1/2 tsp sugar
-
2 tsp fish sauce
-
1 tsp oyster sauce
-
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions

Cut chicken into strips about 1/8 inch wide and 2 inches long. Set aside.

Boil bamboo shoots in water heat for 10 minutes and drain water. Set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.

Stir in chili peppers and garlic for 1 minutes.

Stir-fry chicken until it turns white.

Add bamboo shoots, guinea-peppers, and sweet basil. Add mixture and stir-fry. Done!
