Chicken With Bamboo Shoots and Chili

 

 

Ingredients

  • 1 package(250g) of  bamboo shoot stripped

  • 1/2 cup chicken

  • 2 chili peppers, seeded and cut into strips

  • 1 crushed garlic clove

  • 5 crushed guinea-peppers

  • 1/2 stem sweet basil

  • 1/2 tsp sugar

  • 2 tsp fish sauce

  • 1 tsp oyster sauce

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

 

 Directions

  1. Cut chicken into strips about 1/8 inch wide and 2 inches long. Set aside.

  2. Boil bamboo shoots in water heat for 10 minutes and drain water. Set aside.

  3. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.

  4. Stir in chili peppers and garlic for 1 minutes.

  5. Stir-fry chicken until it turns white.

  6. Add bamboo shoots, guinea-peppers, and sweet basil. Add mixture and stir-fry. Done!
