Pickled Mustard Chili with Chitterlings

Ingredients

  • 1 package(250g) of  pickled mustard chili, drained and sliced

  • 100g Chitterlings

  • 3 Chinese mushrooms, simmered and sliced

  • 2 chili peppers, seeded and cut into strips

  • 1 cup of water

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 garlic glove, roughly crushed

 

Directions

 

  1. Cut chitterlings into strips. Set aside.

  2. Place the oil in a frying pan over medium heat for 1 minute.

  3. Increase the heat to high then add crushed garlic gloves and sliced Chinese mushrooms stir-fry for 1 minutes.

  4. Add sliced chitterlings and sliced pickled mustard into the frying pan, stir-fry until the chitterlings is almost cooked.

  5. Pour a cup of water into the pan then add chili peppers and seasonings, stir-fry for another 1 minute. Done!
