Pickled Mustard Chili with Chitterlings
Ingredients

1 package(250g) of pickled mustard chili, drained and sliced

100g Chitterlings
-
3 Chinese mushrooms, simmered and sliced

2 chili peppers, seeded and cut into strips

1 cup of water

1/4 tsp salt
-
1/2 tsp sugar

1 tbsp vegetable oil
-
1 garlic glove, roughly crushed
Directions

Cut chitterlings into strips. Set aside.

Place the oil in a frying pan over medium heat for 1 minute.

Increase the heat to high then add crushed garlic gloves and sliced Chinese mushrooms stir-fry for 1 minutes.

Add sliced chitterlings and sliced pickled mustard into the frying pan, stir-fry until the chitterlings is almost cooked.

Pour a cup of water into the pan then add chili peppers and seasonings, stir-fry for another 1 minute. Done!
