Bamboo Shoot stripped & Egg Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 1 package(250g) of  bamboo shoots stripped, rinsed

  • 1 egg

  • 2 cup of water

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 pinch pepper

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 tsp fish sauce

  • 1/2 garlic gloves, crushed

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

 

Directions

 

  1. Boil bamboo shoots in a pot for 10 minutes then rinsed and squeeze until dry. Set aside.

  2. Place the oil in a frying pan over medium heat for 1 minute then add garlic and vegetable oil then stir-fry in low heat until fragrant.

  3. Add bamboo shoots then stir-fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.

  4. Add a cup of water reduce the heat to low stir-fry for 10 minutes or water is vaporized.

  5. Add an egg, seasonings then stir until mixed with bamboo shoots. Done!
