Pork Ribs Soup with Pickled Mustard
Ingredients

1 package(350g) of pickled mustard sour, rinsed, drained

300g pork ribs, chopped

1½ liter of water
-
½ tsp salt
-
1 tsp sugar
Directions

Cut pickled mustard into pieces about 1 inch wide. Set aside.

Heat water in a pot until boil.

Set heat level to low then add pork ribs and boil for 20 minutes.

Add pickled mustards and boil for another 20 minutes
-
Add seasonings. Done!
