Pork Ribs Soup with Pickled Mustard

Ingredients

  • 1 package(350g) of  pickled mustard sour, rinsed, drained

  • 300g pork ribs, chopped

  • 1½ liter of water

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp sugar

 

Directions

 

  1. Cut pickled mustard into pieces about 1 inch wide. Set aside.

  2. Heat water in a pot until boil.

  3. Set heat level to low then add pork ribs and boil for 20 minutes.

  4. Add pickled mustards and boil for another 20 minutes

  5. Add seasonings. Done!
